Tasting Notes

The nose offers redberry, pomegranate and a faint sprinkle of white pepper with hints of fynbos and cured-meat savoury edge. On the palate the wine is medium- to full-bodied, with layers of plum, blackberry and raspberry, detailed tannins and a vibrant chalky finish.
